I hope I'm not being dense, but I've looked all over the forum and can't find what I'm looking for. (Still new to the forums though, so may have missed something.)
Is there a canon Mando'a word for "Apprentice"? Also, is there one for "Teacher"?

Not directly, I'd personally lean toward hibirad for student, and bajurad for teacher.
