Plural form of word

Hey Vods, I am trying to assist a fellow Mando Merc in translation. He wishes to use to word Bones and i know the word Bone is Taakur. Would I be correct in assuming the plural form would be Taakur'e? The word for Aunt/Uncle is Ba'vodu and to make it plural it is Bavodu'e. Along with other words like Brain Cell being Mirsh and plural (brain) being Mirshe. So any Mando'a experts can tell me if I assumed correctly?

I'm not an expert, but it's not a hard question: yes, you're right. (Also - Vode rather than Vods ;) )
Generally if it ends in a vowel anyway you pluralize by adding -se, and if it ends in a consonant you pluralize by adding -e.
Oh - to get specific translation requests noticed faster, try putting them on the Translation Help Thread: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=45

All that's correct, plus the beten isn't really needed unless the word would be hard to pronounce without it. Mando'a is a very minimalist language, any part of a word or phrase you can get rid of, it's often best to do so.
