Su'cuy I'm Nate, but you can call me Ko'rizna, Ko, Falco, really whatever you want lol. I'm in the process of building my first Star Wars costume a Merc and I hope to get approval by MMCC. I am also starting to write some fanfic based on my character and I thought learning Mandoa would be good to be able to throw in key words and sayings throughout my writing as well as lettering on my Buy'ce and beskar'gam. I can't say I will be super active but enough to contribute and learn. Thanks to all who have done the hard work for me! Oya!!

Su'cuy vode! I've been a fan for a while, and have been using these boards to write Mando'a passages for a couple of years now. Didn't ever realize there was a forum. At least I can potentially give back to the community
You can call me Vor, Pete, etc whatever is preferred

Hello there
I am pretty new to the history of Mandalorians though I really liked the Republic Commando Stories and the backround about that race it gave to me. Also I love Star Wars Lego and especially the Mandalorian Sets, though there are rather few. So I created my own sets and wanted to name them and to do this properly I researched an found this nice forum here and I hope to find the answers I need.

Su'cuy, vode! My name is Alexandra, and I am student from Belarus.

I have started learning Mando'a and Mandalorian culture quite recently. The results are humble (and awful, I need to admit).
But still I'm proud to meet with your community.

Vor'e,

Alexandra.

Su'guy gar, vode! Ni aruetyc olar, al copani hibirar Mando'a.

I don't know how active this forum is, but I just wanted to say hi. My Mando'a skills can pretty much be summed up by "Go to the translator, type the word, use the first one that comes up". But hey, that's where we all start, huh?

What I'm most excited about is the translations subforum, because I learn a new language best when I read lots of texts in that language.
So should anybody be looking for me, I'll probably be there ;)

Hi! I am brand-new to this language and the associated cultures (both the fictional one and the real-world language culture that grew up around Mando'a). Please be gentle with me, as I'm attempting to find the books to read, the information with which to learn, and generally figure things out.

I tried Mando'a once before, half-heartedly, years ago. After having studied other conlangs most of my life, I am very interested in this whole thing.

That was a lot of words to say "thank you for sharing your knowledge". I hope to learn much.

Hello, I'm josh. I've been working on a story about mandalorians during the civil war era after the rise of the empire. So I've Incorporated alot of the language into the dialogue in the story and written up a new clan and everything for it. As such, I started creating new words and taking root words from exiting words I found on the standard wiki page for mando'a.

Olarom! https://mandowords.tumblr.com/post/1710 ... -star-wars This'll give you a short intro that might help. You might also try the Republic Commando series, as well as the Legacy Of The Force series, both have plenty of worldbuilding. There's more out there, but that's a great starting point!

Hai y'all,----- i mean su'cuy!
I'm pretty new to all of this, got into it thanks to the new show, but I'm currently learning another language and thought that it would be cool to learn this one and dive into the lore and everything else! I'm really green with this stuff, but I hope to pickup on it soon!
