I'd go with Ib'ca'nara for "now"

I'd also like some help with structural words, like wall, door, floor...
I thought jii is now?
Welp!
Got that right in one.

mircin = cage

we could use that as a root and then use directionals to indicate a wall or floor or ceiling.

e.g roof = laam'mirci (up-cage)

That seems really derivative, tough. Words that basic shouldn't be euphemistic.

I need a word for 'perfection'.

I have no idea where I got 'balmanda' from. Would that somehow work?

Perfection as something that is very mucht itself that is is actually itself and heaven?
Adjective 'balmandyc'?

Need some help with to get/to receive
Closest I got was dar'dinuir=no longer give, but that isn't really accurate to the intent.

gota'ganar is what I'm gonna go with as it is more a statement of fact rather than possibility. I suggest contracting it further to gota'nar though as I found it flowed better.

Have we come up with a word for 'regret' yet?

That's a tricky one, and I feel like it's more of a candidate for a real, new word. It's too esoteric and essential a thing to hack together agglutinatively, IMHO.

I think perhaps "du'trikar" (from the words du'car and trikar) might work for regret. My logic being that regret seems to have a meaning of sadness about something after the fact (I could be parsecs off, as I don't know the exact definition of regret), and du'trikar seems to convey the same meaning to me. Any thoughts?

For me the essence of regret is that you had the chance to do something* and you didn't. And no matter what, at the end of the day/year/life you will think 'had I only...'

Sadness is definitely part of it. As are self-criticsm and the desire to have acted differnetly. Maybe the awareness that it si something you get no second chance to do or even amend.

* Or not do something but uslayy we regret the things we didn't do more than those we did.

I've been thinking of a way to say regret in Mando'a, taking into consideration the points you raised, and I think some combination of trattok'or (or some variation of it) and trikar might work. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Vode...

Looking for a word for Freedom. Mav is free, but I'm unsure how to convert it into "the condition of being free." Any thoughts?

Vor'entye,

Aren

I suspect Mav functions as the noun as well. I'm not sure what the semantic difference between mav and mav'la would be, though.

Ok, here's a tough one: nuclear/atomic (as in nuclear-powered/atomic power). Can't find anything close on the list, so how do we compound-word it?

That's a tricky one. I'll think on it today at work, but I suspect it needs a word of its own...
