Change for New Recruits (Verd'ika)

I have removed the requirement for manual approval of new users' posts in the Welcome thread; my hope is that this change will result in more active members, as fewer people will post, not see their post appear, post again, and then give up. Several weeks later when I finally realise there are new posts awaiting moderation and approve them, it's too late -- the new users have forgotten about us.

I looked into a mod for the forum which would provide email notifications to admins or moderators when a new user made their first post, but I could not find any which functioned, and thus was left to remember to check the forum every single day for new posts (which I obviously frequently failed to do). This change might result in more spam, but we'll see how this works out.

Olarom to all our new members who thought they had been ignored.

Su'cuy!

I'm afraid that's all the extend of my Mando'a for now. But I hope to be writting and reading and talking soon. Also, forgive any misspelling, since I'm from Brazil. English isn't my mother language.
