Re: Translation please

Mhi cuyi ru'goten ash'amur, oyaci cuyir partayli.

We are birthed to die, we live to be remembered.

Technically, goten is a noun but mando'a doesn't have a word for "to be born."

Non-Romantic love

Has anyone come up with words for no romantic love? Like familial love or brotherly love? I was thinking something like bu'cyh (boo-shih) and bu'cyar for familial (and maybe brotherly) love. Also Ak'haat, meaning combat bond. Mirde?

Re: Reading Mando'a

I actually have a friend working on a reading at the moment. She's an up-coming professionally trained voice actor with several podcast guest appearances and a video game contract under her belt.
That's really cool! I'm ori interested in what she'll sound like!

Re: Mandalorian Holidays

For fall, I'd suggest one step further than navigating a (space) corn maze. Groups of teenagers (usually friends) are flown a few miles out of town into a nearby wilderness area, set down in a random location, and told they have to accomplish some objective before returning to town. It'd test opera...

Re: written mando'a in rebels

Kandosi vod! The more I look fonts and examples of mando'a in it's written form, the more I think that as a language it's not meant to be written. It's meant to be painted. What do you think?
