I'm trying to translate a phrase, but I've gotten a little stuck.

I'm trying to translate: If not me, then who...

So far, I have: meh naasad ni, <then> tion’ad… meh naasad ni,<then> tion’ad…

Would "then" even be used? Do I have the correct sentence structure? Thanks for your help!
